  Complementing a range of in-house skills, Elevate builds teams drawn from a network of professionals to handle specific client projects.

For example, in-depth strategic processes, not simply at a marketing level but also at a business impact level, are delivered via structured workshops with benchmarked outcomes. Workshops are facilitated by experienced professionals who completely understand and can converse with management teams in client companies. The outcomes are turned into individual business and marketing plans which are ultimately accountable. There is no opportunity for woolly thinking or indulgent creative agendas.

In terms of execution, creative and media strategies are worked through with media specialists and planners for above and below the line integrated campaigns. These are generated by copywriters, art directors and designers under the guidance of Elevate principal Eugene Rea.

Elevate works with a variety of media buying agencies and understands the strengths and weaknesses of each. For example, when attention to fine detail and the complex buy of more experimental media is considered versus buying clout.

Likewise, specialist online media buyers, creative teams and technical engineers handle the creation, building and placement of online properties and interactive marketing campaigns. Sophisticated reporting is crucial for refining media spend once test campaigns have been run.

Direct marketing and specifically direct mail campaigns are managed from Elevate by employing the services of two data rental and mailing fulfilment agencies. Again testing and reporting of results is critical to ongoing success along with the need to constantly build appropriate databases.

Eugene trained in product design at Central School in London. Following his BA he quickly came to understand what selling products was all about, when he set up a contemporary lighting manufacturing and marketing company, Hemisphere Design. In 1982 Hemisphere was expanded to handle graphic, interior and exhibition design.

In a blinding revelation that design was only half of the marketing story, Eugene undertook the prestigious D&AD advertising course in 1985 and then joined ad agency EMT to work as an Art Director with one of the country’s most awarded creative directors. In this time he cut his teeth on Singapore Airlines, Bass Beer, Jordans Cereals and Olivetti.

Arriving in Australia in 1988 he founded the agency which became Kennedy Rea. Under his creative leadership, the agency handled numerous large scale branding projects, such as St.George Bank, as well as producing all of the communications for broad spectrum marketing campaigns for clients such as Asics, Keno, Southcorp Wines and The Disney Channel.

Elevate was formed in 2005 to serve a small range of clients across a broad range of disciplines bringing to bear brand strategy experience and effecting the performance of the client companies. Elevate has a firm belief in partnering with clients to achieve commonly understood goals that help to drive a benefit to the client’s business.
